Description: The Golden Valley Music Society, the region’s premier classical music presenter, joins with the Old Town Temecula Theater in hosting this Sunday series, Classics at The Merc. Most Sunday afternoons, the Classics series showcases a wide range of talent and repertoire in the intimate confines of The Merc at the Old Town Temecula Theater. It's WoW time again! That's when the wineries of the Temecula Valley open their cellar doors for guests to enjoy a bevy of wines at our annual two day barrel tasting event. Old world wine varietals created in new world, Temecula style, will WoW ticket holders!
You'll enjoy a self-guided wine country tour that will take you to 30+ wineries, each of whom will be offering varietal wines from barrel, tank or bottle. The wines will be paired with scrumptious food samplings which exemplify the perfect marriage of food and wine. Ticket holders will receive a map of the Temecula Valley, a passport which allows a visit to each participating winery and a souvenir glass.
This whirlwind, two day event is a sure sell-out, so please order your tickets early to avoid disappointment. Limited to guests 21 years and over. Event held rain or shine.
The event is held from 10am to 4:30pm. 2 day tickets are $99 per person; $89 if purchased prior to February 3, 2012. All tickets are Will-Call and are available for pick-up between 9:30am and 1pm ONLY on the day(s) of the event. Guests will be notified via email as to their pick-up location. Local, Sunday Only and Designated Driver tickets are also available at a discounted price.
